Squirrel Jerky?

I know lots of people make venison, turkey, beef, elk, antelope, etc. jerky. Anybody done nutter jerky? I'm thinkin' about doing up a batch, but want to know if anyone else had gone there before. Don't want to waste good meat if it's not gonna be tasty jerky. Thanks, guys! Joel.

 Any squirrel i ever cooked on the grill instantly turned to squirrel jerky and once even the dogs couldn't eat it. I'd be surprised to hear it turned out ok but by all means give it a try and let us know.

i use a jikarta on mine first then marinate it over night then on to the dehydrator
it makes for some chewy jerky but tastey as well
rabbit is fine jerky also

I have a couple of ground meat jerky recipes that should do a squirrel proud.  Let me know if you are interested.

I've been thinking about making small game jerky, as well as sausage. I think a squirrel/rabbit/dove sausage would be tasty.
