with a MM 28M getting MM's extra screw mod and de-tuned to about the same fps as a MM B26 .......would either be easier to shoot accurately than the other ?would either be inherently more accurate than the other ? with someone new to springers , would those difference be noticeable to most new shooters ? ... or be mostly trivial and go either way depending on the particular shooter ?i like the looks of the B26-2 stock better than the one on the 28 , but ultimately accuracy is more important than looks . the B26 also has a version of the REKORD trigger . FWIU it's a pretty nice trigger , but not quite the equal of a true REKORD trigger . and the T05 trigger copy on the 28M with the extra screw mod is said to be very nice too . BUT , what i really really like about the 28M is just replacing a spring ($15) later gives me a faster/flatter shooting gun down the road .... and for just $43 i can try a different cal. barrel ... if i ever get the urge .
