i read on another forum recently that Theoben went bankrupt or out of business...is that correct? anyone know?

Theoben UK went under. Theoben USA is still alive and well with the guns being made in Minor Hill, TN.

Far as I know only the pneumatic guns are being manufactured ...... last I heard the gas rams are out of production.

according to Allen Z, who is a retailer for Theoben and a super tuner in the industry who I'm friends with if I understood him correctly? one of the main guys from Theoben {I can't remember his name} after Theoben shut down in the U.K. because of the economy in England shifted all production of Theoben guns here to the U.S. so I would say whatever you see on Theoben U.S.A. site is probably what they now sell? if you have concerns call Dave Slade and ask him!

That is correct Mark.  Martin Rutterford former part owner of Theoben and owner of Rapid Air Weapons has brought production state side.  Dave Slade would be the man to talk to with regards to what is currently available.  Any of Theobens Retailers should be able to get you info and pricing on what is and is not available
