Crosman 500 Valve - Need Help Reassembling

I just took apart the valve on my Crosman 500 to install a new Co2 cylinder seal, and I'm not sure what order the various washers go back together. The Crosman parts diagram is not very clear. Can anybody help me out? Thanks.

I found this picture of a disassembled Crosman 500 valve at "Another Airgun Blog." I guess I answered my own question!

I just finished reassembling my Crosman 500 after installing a new valve stem and CO2 cartridge seal. These were purchased from JG airguns. Once it was back together, the seals held nicely, but the gun would not feed or shoot bb's. If I dropped a bb down the muzzle it would shoot fine. After inspecting the trigger/bb shuttle assembly, it looked like the shuttle was not dropping far enough and therefore the bb was not aligned with the end of the barrel. I filed a little corner off the lever that actuates the shuttle, and presto - works like brand new! This is a fun bb gun to shoot. The only issue I have is the trigger pull is pretty hard. I have not measured it, but my finger is sore after shooting 10 rounds. Maybe a lighter trigger spring or a trigger shoe will ease the pain!

OK, I took the trigger assembly apart. I did not want to mess with hammer springs, so I filed down the "ledge" on the hammer that is caught by the sear as the trigger is pulled. This should make the hammer release a little sooner and with less trigger pull. I added a small amount of grease to the hammer and sear surfaces and put it all back together. The trigger pull is improved, but still not where I want it.
