I feel your pain. I pinched a nerve in my neck in Jujutsu, and one of the symptoms is really nasty carpel tunnel / tennis elbow in my right forearm. Radiates from neck to shoulder, to elbow, to forearm and wrist.
The RWS 350 now sits idle and I only use the QB79. I was thinking about the 350 and contemplating giving it some exercise and I realized that my arm and neck were throbbing and in no shape for cocking that beast.
I think I may need a Wambulance.
Sigh.

tennis elbow is caused by repetition of a movement and usually specific to that's movement and those similar. try finding a differant hold to cock the air rifle it worked for me and it does take getting used to

Find a different way to hold and cock the rifle, or switch to a compressed gas (co2, CA/PCP) rifle.
I have tendonitis and changed from a SSP air pistol to a co2 air pistol to avoid stress on the elbows.
gud luk
But 500 shots is a LOT to shoot at once. I break my shooting into max of 100 shot sessions.

What rifle?
A low power rifle like an R7 or similar should be OK.
A mid/high power rifle, that would put the stress on the tendons.

Also how you are you sitting or standing makes a difference. Standing should be easier on your arms when cocking a springer.

I hear ya...junky old jock here. A good SSP (Daisy Avanti series), can help keep ya going. And you can do it inside.
