NPSS Combo Scope Dead

The combo scope on my NPSS scope died.  It wouldn't hold zero - groups  bounced all over the place - was making me crazy.  This afternoon I put a different scope on it and it starting shooting steady nickel sized groups with CPHPs immediately.  I will be sending it back to Crosman.

How many shots?

My impression is that if you get a good Centerpoint, it holds up really well. The bad ones seem to drop dead pretty quickly.

I hope I'm right, I'm about 300 shots into the NPSS. I have had the 4-16 Wally World special for several years on some mean ol' guns with no problems.

I think it was bad when it was new.  It just took me about 300 shots to figure out that it was the scope and not the rifle;.

yup crosman stands behind thier scopes so send her back in and you will get a new scope!

 I put 2 in a box and sent them to crosman last thursday , They came off my xls and I got a confirmation email  they have replaced the both of them and they would be shipped back wensday or so . They are tops in custermer service in my book , I also called them once and told them the seal was bad on a phantom i just bought from wally world and that I had the ag a part they first told me to send whole ags back but I asked for a seal they sent it and a new breech seal, where else can you get that kind of service these guys are on top of there game even if we have some bad ags they do replace them.And Kim Yaddow is a great crosman rep hands down. It's really difficult to say too much in favor of the whole service dept. at Crosman. I've had nothing but great service every time I've contacted them. It's really a shame more companies aren't run like that.

I emailed them with the chrony numbers on my Trail and they're sending me a new piston, just like that.  Nothing but praise for Crosman's customer service.
