Marauder breech o-ring ?

ok guys,
I just pulled a major brain-fart.
I just fired my Mrod without closing the bolt.
nowI found a O-ring wedged into my clip.
I pulled it out of the clip, and it does not look damaged.
can it be re-installed ?
and where does it go
I looked on the exploded view, but I'm not seeing it.
I'm assuming it came from the rear side of the breech ?
I have never yet taken the breech off of the rifle.
Does it need to come apart to install this O-ring ?
Also, did I screw anything else up ? is there anything else I need to check now, after doing this stupid maneuver ?
Thanks for any advise and/or pics.

Look at part #10. that Oring fits in the barrel. you can try to get it in without taking it apart, its easier with the barrel off though. there is a groove that the Oring set in and you have to push it back into that groove.
lube the Oring with some silicone grease and push from the breech side, if you have a dowel that will fit into your barrel. using the dowel will assist you in pushing it too far into the barrel.
like I said , its easier with the barrel off.
I dont think you messed up the mag, but make sure there are no nicks on the Oring that might cause a leak at the bolt.

ok, thanks,
But I dont understand why, if it is forward of the clip, how it can get blown into the clip ?
either I am completely clueless here, or I don't know what.
I fired the gun with the bolt open.
how does a o-ring that is "down-stream" make it backwards into the clip ?
I just dont "Get it".

The air pressure went backwards into the breach instead of down the barrel popping the o-ring out with it and pushing it into your clip. No biggy. Nothing hurt. Now just push it back into place. Here is a clear picture of where it goes. Have fun and do not worry we all have fired with the bolt open. it is easy to do.

When you have the bolt closed, it slides through that o-ring and has no way of being blown out of it's race when suportef by the bolt. With the bolt open and fired, it probably blew the bolt back..o-ring unsupported...o-ring blew out of it's slot and followed the bolt back.

all is well now,
O-ring back in,...
... and tested on a platoon of green plastic army men.
(I'm pretty sure they were North Korean army, made in China,... of course).
Battle report-
We were taking some fire, and the enemy was holding at 50yds.
We sighted in and returned fire with "surgical precision".
No civilians or innocents were wounded or harmed.
Opposing enemy platoon decimated, maimed, and dismembered with No Survivors.
Excessive damage as far as the eye can see.
We took Zero casualties, Zero wounded.
Operation 100% successful.
The world is safe once again, and you all can sleep soundly tonight.
Christmas is saved !
Be advised-
Recent Intelligence Reports indicate the probability of the enemy sending more of their troops to the battle zone.
Suggest remaining on alert, to be prepared for probable "additional activity".
Over and out.

Glad ya got it back in Ron. I dont own a Mrod, only a Prod and I've had my barrel and breech off many times, replaced the Oring a couple times, so I wasnt sure just how hard it would be to reinstall it without removing the barrel.
