Just picked up a tin of these and they are incredibly accurate as well as being a very heavy pellet. This pellet shot as accurately as JSB Match, Barracudas, Crosman FTP, out of my R1. In fact, it penetrated a bottle cap that i had sunk in a block of oil-based clay where a JSB Exact Match only dented the cap at 30 yards. Impressive. Weighing a hefty 15.59 gr. in .20 they should be a very effective hunting pellet. I'll be sure to post results in the Hunting Gate

Back in the 70's I ordered some of these from an ad in a magazine. They were called something different but looked very similar if memory serves. They shot excellent from my Benjamin. I killed many critters with them. I have since, tried them from my other guns without success.

Many folks do not realize how well Beeman pellets can shoot. My R7 (.20) loves Silver Bears and my Sheridan E (.20) has taken a liking to H&N Match!

My TF99 P hated them. It also had the spring broken into 3 different places without my knowledge while testing them so maybe now that its fixed I might try them again.. I have two tins so I might as well. Hey ballistic you still hunting in pisgah national?

yes, i agree. i primarily use H&N pellets in all of my guns. my R1 loves 5 different pellets that vary in weight by as much as 2+gr's. the H&N Barracudas, Crosman FTP, JSB Exacts, Predator P-Mags, and now the Beeman Silver Arrows. I can put each one of these pellets into a bottlecap at 30yds with no scope adjustment in between them.

No never have. I live in brevard but have never went to hunt in pisgah although its basically in my back yard. I wouldn't know where to begin.Theres a lot of activity in those trails throughout the day time whether it be hikers and runner or other hunters. Might you be interested in letting me tag along in the future show me how you avoid those ppl to have a successful hunt?

of course! i usually only go to Bent Creek and have a handful of spots off of the trails that i slow walk or sit. camo is key, stealth, stealth, stealth. do u have your license? it's a must have.
