Accurate mold problem

I introduce you to Accurate molds and feel that I need to inform you that there is a problem with his new design . It has a easy fix .But due to his lack of integrity I will no long deal with him . But do as you wish . The problem is the pivot screw is threaded all the way down and he is not using a reduced shank screw . The set screw that is used to keep the pivot screw from turning tightens against the threads of the pivot screw . Which can and will destroy the pivot screw threads if you adjust the cutter . Then if you try and remove the pivot screw to remove the cutter you will destroy the threads in your mold blocks and be out a mold . The fix is easy . If you ever need to adjust the cutter . Remove the set screw and put a piece of copper or brass wire or a piece of lead shot between the pivot screw and the set screw so the set screw will not contact the pivot screw . GL Marvin

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I have never bought a custom mold but I know it can be a costly venture. One would hope that the design would be sound and not self destructive.
