Surely NO different than filling Paintball guns off bulk Co2 ...
1st NEED a Siphon type Bulk tank or you going to have too turn a gas Anti-siphon type up-side-down ( welding Co2 tank )
Guns reservoir will fill with liquid Co2 until pressures equalize between them.
Being guns storage tank is 3K rated and Co2 tanks with burst disks typically are 1800# ... over pressurizing with Co2 is just not going to happen. Even a Co2 charged gun left out in the sun or in a hot trunk of your car IS NOT going to peak anywhere near 3K pressures.
Whats sad is Benjamin states theys guns are Co2 capable, which they are tho in application gun NOT HAVING an expansion chamber so liguid Co2 can off gas into a vapor, guns valve is having to process liquid Co2 a lot of the time ( Muzzle pointed down, Full tank etc. ) There is no way gun will shoot with any consistency being shots could be Liquid on one shot and gas the next.
JUST like Paintball guns !!!!!!

paintball tanks are filled to about the ratio of 1 ounce per 43CC's of volume. Bulk fill air guns can use that same ratio for a max fill (would need to get the empty gun weight and a post fill gun weight). For an MRod, that works out to about 5 ounces of co2.
Not to worry, unless you really work at it, won't get near a max fill.

The thing about co2 is that if you get one ounce of liquid co2 into the gun during a bulk fill, the gauge would read 900psi (at normal temperature). If you got 5 ounces into the gun, the gauge would still read 900psi.
That's the thing about co2, so long as there is some liquid co2 in the gun, will read the same pressure as when there is a &^^&-load of liquid co2 in the gun.
