Cometa has a new U.S. Distributor.

I recently made an inquiry to Cometa in Spain, regarding the availability of product and parts.
Cometa informed me to contact "Airforce" Guns . Yep the Talon & Condor people.
After a brief phone conversation, It was confirmed.
Airforce is currently awaiting a shipment from Spain and all things going well it should arrive sometime this month. 

I think this is going to be a great marriage.

First off, I'd like to say that I own 3 Cometas, A .22 Fenix 400 Premier, and 2 .22 Fusion Premiers, and that they're one of Spain's best kept secrets(at least on this side of the pond), These 3 weapons get all of my attention these days, but thats besides the point. There's a place up here that sells them, and at very good pricing, http://www.dlairgun.com/Air-Rifles/Cometa/  Mind you, they're being offered at CDN restrictions(500fps), All that need's to be done to bring them back up to spec's is a simple spring change. I changed mine up to Crosman Quest 1000's, and M/V numbers are back up to factory advertised spec's. Cheer's, Andy.

Just a word of caution on optimism... I have NO DOUBT the papers have been signed... but I also know that the European concept of "next month" and the American one are very different. I struggled with these issues trying to import Cometas and Retays and Hatsans... and I have a few more things in the works which I refuse to discuss at this point because of the level of embarrassment I feel about making promises that other people make me derail from completing.

So... confirm the truth, but I would not put a solid date on it.

Hopefully they come through, they'll provide a good alternative to what's out now. I've always been interested in a 400 compact/carbine in .25 and the 220 compact in .22.

Pyramid Air does seem to list items they don't have in stock.  May be trying to see what kind of reaction they can get first.  Just a wild imaginary guess.  They had the Benjamin Mav77 for the longest time and then stop listing it.

PA is a Airforce dealer.....They will be bringing in a few models as soon as Airforce takes delivery of their shipment from Spain.
