You may want to order a new trigger group. I had to weld and grind certain areas to make mine work well. Also heated and dipped the built up parts in oil to harden it. Knock on wood it has lasted quite a while now. You got to study the parts in motion to see where needs to be built up. Sorry that is the best advice I can give. Oh by the way are all the the parts original? Piston spring guides washers and things of that sort.I had to add this before walking out the door make sure when installing the trigger group not to compress the main spring to far in. Keep the base of the spring guide between the shear and trigger housing.
I haven't had mine apart in quite awhile. I do remember though there being a spring held in place only by light tension between sears. It can come loose and fall out when messing with the assembly. Yours might have decided to jump ship and head for parts unknown I'd do a parts comparison against a diagram and make sure everything is there.
