I have always just worried about ruining the temper on the rear of the pistons that have a sear catch on them like that.... perfect for the pistons with the sear on the springguide/centerpost...
There was a machinist on here a couple of years ago that did the same exact thing you are doing Pete. He seemed to have very good results tested over several thousand shots. Very well done! I like the idea just as much now as I did back then. Keep up the great work!!!!!!!!! :-)
Be patient, I'm new-ish. What is a piston button and what does it do. Also, is it something that one should do to, say, a Crosman 1377? Tom
