You are absolutely right.
Blaine from hatsan usa needs to be fired, the hatsan usa people well according to Paul there aren't any , no wonder things are the way they are.

The guys who can fix there own issues, are ok. the rest will be taking chances,it is a shame isn't. The hatsan situation will be remembered for a long time in the air gun industry, looks like they made there mark one way or another.
For those of us who can do are own work, we have the opportunity to enjoy a great rifle.
I guess we can call them diamonds in the rough.

i still cant figure it out. Im on facebook, on Hatsans page. It says hatsan usa. Under recent posts it has mine from 2 hours ago, another one from May 1, and another from March 20th, and so on. There are like 5 in the last 90 days.

What the heck are you guys looking at?

Funny how posting to the Hatsan Arms FB page suddenly results in my e-mails getting replied to.....

Hatsan USA is shipping a Black Sniper and covering costs for returning the TH. Regardless of how this one comes out, I'm done with Hatsan.

I don't know about a "happy ending", but it's ending, and I'll have "something" to show for the hassle and the cost. Don't even like the Sniper. Just originally wanted a plain jane 125. Oh well. I'll be tearing this one down upon reciept and giving it a major tune.

Hatsan Arms (not hatsan usa)

You will see there site come up with a big banner with links for photo, likes, videos, you tube etc.
underneath that on your right , you will see ''post'' with paul novack name next to it .

Dear Sirs. I would like to notify you of my recent experience with Hatsan here in the USA. I purchased a model 125 from an online vendor here in the US. I received the wrong style rifle; I was sent a 125 TH, when I wanted a plain stock. However, I accepted it due to the vendor being very cordial and apologetic, and the rifle was still the same basic model. This rifle turned out to have severe damage and defects that made it unshootable. I contacted you here and was referred to Hatsan USA. I worked through Hatsan USA to get the problem taken care of. I shipped the rifle to Hatsan USA at my cost, and was sent a replacement. This process took over a week, and contact and service from Hatsan USA was very slow and poor. First, I was assured by Hatsan USA that the new rifle being sent to me was inspected and tested before being shipped. However……. Hatsan USA has sent me the wrong rifle, so this is twice I received the wrong product. This time, I received a .177 caliber rifle, when I originally wanted a .22 caliber. Also, I have once again been given a rifle of very poor quality. The rifle I received appears to have been previously used, and possibly is a returned item itself. It has damage to the finish, and the packaging was extremely damaged as well, with the rifle clearly having been very poorly packaged and handled. There is loose metal shavings in the cocking slot area, and I am again having problems getting the problem resolved due to Hatsan USA being difficult slow to work with. They are VERY slow in e-mail contact, never answer their phones, and do not seem to know how to handle customer problems. I am contacting you here for three reasons. #1. I want you to be aware of the reputation that Hatsan air rifles are gaining here in the US. We in the US airgun community were originally quite excited when we heard Hatsan would soon be available to US customers. Now, a few months after US customers have received their new Hatsans, this excitement has turned into disappointment and in some cases, hostility towards Hatsan products. At this point, rather than being excited, new Hatsan customers are now avoiding the Hatsan brand when buying new rifles, and current owners of Hatsan products are warning others away. The air gun community is very large and very tightly knit here, and news about brands travels very quickly. #2. The Hatsan products arriving here in the US are showing a consistent trend in poor quality and poor service support. The most common problems being encountered are loose metal in the receivers which is damaging seals, pistons and compression tube surfaces, very poor finish and bluing of metal components, poor stock finishes, bent barrels, and poor finishing of pistons which is resulting in pieces of material coming off the piston and damaging internal components. #3. I simply want the rifle I ordered or a better replacement, without defects, and without delays in shipping or further added costs to myself including shipping. In your defense, I will note that these problems seem to be for the most part prevalent with the plain MOD125’s, MOD95’s, and some of the other lower priced models. The Sniper line appears to have better quality control behind its manufacture, although there are a few reports of problems similar to the plain MOD125 line. At this time, it has been three days since I contacted HATSAN USA about this replacement rifle and the mistakes Hatsan USA has made regarding it. I still have not received a resolution, and Hatsan USA is not providing good customer support of your products. I hope this message reaches someone of influence within Hatsan Turkey’s corporate or Manufacturing management, as we here in the US do recognize the great potential and performance of a properly working Hatsan air rifle, we simply are having severe problems with the quality and support of the products we have received. We would love to have another competitive manufacturer of quality air rifles here, however, to date Hatsan’s USA introduction has fallen flat and appears to be heading into a negative perception of the Hatsan brand among US air gun enthusiasts. Thank you.

I think thats very cool of them to do. Still should be unnecessary. The US distributor should have handled this much better.
