When it come to recent QC at Hatsan, please bear in mind that Turkey is in the midst of major upheaval right now.  The fact that Hatsan's factory is still open is a major surprise.  When there was the coup attempt a few years ago, I thought arm's manufacturing would be the first industry to be shut down.
That said, we live in a litigious society.  On Hatsan's website they even ask you to state that you are over 18 years of age, just to view it!
A poorly installed trigger could very easily be the basis for major lawsuits.  Standard excuse, "instructions were unclear".  If you do not like it, SHOOT A LAWYER! just kidding...

Recently, I ordered some replacement stock screws and seals from Hatsan USA.  When following the tracking, after 3 days the track just ended, "item arrived at  USPS hub" then NOTHING!  After 2 weeks, I notified Hatsan and USPS.  You think Hatsan is bad, try having USPS look for a lost package!
2 days later Hatsan said they would resend my items, 2 days later they arrived.
The system worked for me, sorry it did not work for you.

Well, too many comments about their poor quality control. I bought my H95qe brand new last year, with nicked breech seal , bend barrel, loose rear sight, metal shavings in the barrel and shaving embeded on the piston, honking sound, vortex ram leakage issue .
Quality Control 
 I don't think there is a quality control section in the HatSan manufacturing  plant at all. Usually, if there is , factory usually paste a sticker "QC PASSED" on their products. Gamo rifles do.. I see them beneath the stock. This thread was started since 2012...now is 2018, and yet there are still so many of our members experience the same tragedy. Sign"

Sad story for sure. Dealing with Hatsan seems to be hit & miss. I've been one of the lucky ones as I own several of their products, mostly good. The few issues I've had were promptly resolved, other folks not so much unfortunately. I was hoping the QC and parts ordering had improved based on recent posts where a member was sold a trigger assy for a PCP. I recently bought a Dominator 200S steel springer on closeout and it was shooting well below rated spec. I returned it on their dime and they promptly replaced with a brand new 200S Vortex model that sells for $100 more. Like I said, hit & miss, I hope they are getting better as their rifles are a good value when you get a good one.

I recently got my 177/25 Cal Hatsan 85 Vortex Sniper back up and running, thanks to Longhunter sending me the trigger spring that I needed. I have an older spring piston gun as a back-up for parts to this gun so I'm in pretty good shape with this one and my Vortex Edge/Striker guns. It is too bad that a person has to have a back-up gun just for Hatsan Parts to the guns that they are using.    Best Wishes - Tom

Hate hearing all the negatives here on Hatsan USA. It really must be a hit-or-miss thing because I had such a great experience with them.

Feb. 2017 I bought a 125, synthetic stock, coil spring .22 cal. on E-Bay. Listed as new.
It honked bad when cocking, ran about 400 fps slower than spec'd, and I almost had to hammer the pellets into the breech.
I E-Mailed Hatsan USA, and they wanted accurate chrony results. I tested 4 different weights over my Pro Chrono, 10 shots each, and sent it to them.
Next day, I received a shipping slip in my E-Mail and they gave me instructions on how to pack it up, so I did.
Less than 2 weeks later, I had the gun back, rebuilt. They sent a paper showing what the did. Didn't cost me a dime, either direction.
Clean, de-bur, lube, new piston seal, chamfered the breech, new breech seal, test it.
Their chrony results were on the paper also.

That gun shoots great now, hard to cock, it's a magnum, but smooth cocking all through the stroke.
The pellets go in the breech good and seat properly.  And it will push a 9.? gr. alloy pellet out the barrel averaging 1200 fps. ( 1195-1205)
The 14-1/2 gr. to 18-1/2 gr. pellets are giving me between 24 to 28 FPE.
The more I shoot it, the better it shoots. Hopefully, one day, I will learn how it wants to be held and I can get those 50 and 75 yards shots down a little better.
With a 4-16x50mm UTG accushot, 40 to 60 yard sparrows are fairly easy shots to make. But 1-1/2 to 2 inch group will do that. I know this gun can do better.
Did I say I love this gun? And the service I got from Hatsan USA was first rate.

That's why I hate hearing these negatives from other members. Hopefully, things are improving and will continue to improve.

Right now I'm reworking a Ruger spring-break pistol. I'm getting the same great service ( for parts and info) from Umarex. Hope this gun comes around.

Thats the thing with Hatsan, either you get a good/great one, or a realy bad one that should´nt have passed the QC, if they have any, i have been lucky with all my Hatsans but one, a Striker s, i am so tempted to buy a 125 sniper vortex in .22 as my next gun, but affraid i am next in line to get a lemon...

If you buy the 125 from one of the better vendors (PA, Field Supply, Midway etc) you would be covered if you did get a lemon. I would call first and see what their return and refund policy is. I got a lemon Hatsan Torpedo 100X from Field Supply a few years ago and it had several issues. I called and they sent a prepaid return label and issued a full refund when the rifle was returned.

Well, Jorgen. Don't be afraid of getting a lemon from Hatsan,
 if you are capable of tuning and willing to spend some time to tinker with it. Any other brands do have defective products that passed their Quality Control section too. Bought a brand new Gamo last week, it had the under size bore and barrel  , return it and was replaced with a off-center stock. On the third time, then I received a satisfying rifle to possess. And the funny part is they all have the "yellow sticker QC passed" on them  .Luckily,  this supplier have many in stock and responsible for the sales.
Like John recommended,  buy from reputable dealers who will take care of your defective rifle professionally.
Or buy the refurbish one that is cheaper, and if you can not return it, buy another one so that you can have parts to build a satisfactory rifle for yourself. IMO.
As for my defective H95QE,  no parts are available in my country,  no refurbished rifle for sale, but I managed to convert and tuned it . For about 4 months, with regular shootings and testing to improve it . Took me many attempts to try all sorts of spring sizes, shims, washers and  guides  etc . I finally end up with a very smooth cocking,  no twang, exceptable recoil and very, very accurate rifle. Thanks to our GTA members here for their valuable information and recommendations.

Thanx John and Dee, i am so tempted, but i have a hard time deciding between some magnum guns, if i only wanted the power, the hatsan is the one, but i have wanted a Diana a long time also, so a 350 magnum is on the list, and where i live there is not so much difference in price, and the Hw80 is also about the same in price, much better quality but less power, don't need hole in hole accuracy this time, but like to hit about were i aim anyway

Going to tear apart my 125 sniper soon, think I bought it In 2012 and haven't really shot it since 2012 because it blows scopes apart so fast and the gun won't always fire.  Have to take the stock off and smack the trigger with a screw driver handle to fire it.    Plus the forarm screw is bent badly right before the threads.

Aweful gun I regret buying.       Probably gas ram it or find a weaker spring  for it and hope for the best.

Sir, I remember that I seen the front stock screw for sale on ebay...I think is from the Russian supplier. You can check it out.
Try a shorter spring for your rifle , Polish  both ends , add some steel washers and find a spring guide that fit snugly to your main spring. Probably, you can end up with  a good shooter like mine. Honestly, I love mine now.

Most of the screws are easily replaced with a trip to your favorite hardware store.
I mostly replace all the screws with stainless steel now.

A good tune and polish and a good seal? The 125 Sniper Wire Spring is the only AG I regret selling!

Hi Jorgen. I've owned a Hatty M125 TH in the past (stock broke so I returned it for a refund). I currently have several Hatsan rifles, and most are shooting well and at or above advertised spec. However, I have a few Dianas, including a 350 Mag in .177. If you can buy a Diana 350 or HW80 for about the same price as a Hatsan 125, I'd go for the HW or Diana. Not quite as much raw power, but a much better made rifle IMHO.

3mm screws @ 10mm length should do ya (Quattro and Gamo-style triggers like the Striker). Two for the Quattro, one screw for the Striker. For the Striker you'll likely want to cut 3-5mm off before you put it in, otherwise the trigger will hit the head when pulled, and may not "discharge." Adjust, measure, cut, round/polish the end and reinstall.

Are you aware of the recall by Hatsan? They are recalling certain Strikers for a trigger issue. The guns are being replaced with new ones. There was only one report of an incident. and theye are recalling all Strikers that are in a certain serial number range. These guns were made in 2012.

Point is; Maybe the Striker isn't the only one with a trigger issue. Have you called Hatsan USA. They do good work and have a fast turn-around.

Plus, if I saw a refurb (And it was refurb'd by Hatsan USA, that is better than new. That is rebuilt in the USA

I agree. I have a few Hatsan refurbs and they all shoot flawlessly. I was in the photo/optical business prior to retirement and when one of our products went in for refurb work it got a lot more attention to detail and factory spec than what was usually offered by the factory QC. Also, though not generally known, when a mfg is overstocked with slow moving items they sometimes stamp them "refurb" and offer them at a much lower price to the dealers just to move them out. Many times I got calls from dealers asking "can you make me some more refurbs?"
