My guess is that messages aren't going to be replied to in a timely manner as I'm sure their "service team" is painfully overloaded.I wouldn't be supprised one bit if HatsanUSA simply closed up shop and ran away from their mess in the following months.
It would be a shame if Hatsan cannot service what they sell... Sounds and looks like how Gamo runs their operation. Can't get any worse than Gamo.. Or can it?And it is really a double shame because I have several Hatsan Airguns and they are fantastic shooters.Gene
Still waiting to hear from them----day two over.
Just got off the phone.. Spoke with two different people. They seemed to have no idea there were any "rash" of problems with these guns and one woman actually seemed a bit surprised, saying 'there are no rash of problems with these guns that I am aware of..'They said they would email me the info needed to send the gun to them..I asked if I could swap out my 125TH for a 135 and pay the difference... She said she would check. We'll see...Jim
