I know nothing about this type of sight.  Why do you like it?  Why did you put it on your rifle?  What is this sight designed to do? 

Is it for close range rapid acquisition of target?  How accurate is it to what distance?

Looks very cool but I need to be brought up to speed on what these sights can do rather than just putting a scope on the rifle.

Perry,I've had this sight for awhile,used on my 870 shotgun and BFR .45-70 handgun. It allows for quick target aquisition and works well even out to 30 yds. Just wanted to give a try on this air rifle. They are somewhat expensive in the $400-500 range and well made for police/military use.
It uses a laser type recticle inside the view screen. They are even available for night vision use too.

Be VERY CAREFUL . . . "Springer" rifles have a "Double-Recoil" (Mostly FORWARD) that "normal" firearms scopes are NOT designed to handle !

Since these rifles recoil in the "opposite direction", you may damage your sight . . . Just a "Heads-Up" !

Yes,I have read about the pounding springer guns can do to gun sights.
Talked to the service reps,at Eotech,and they know about this,and said I was still good to go,and it would take it.

Shooting a Springer with a firearm scope amounts to mounting the same scope BACKWARDS on the firearm and then firing it !
