good to hear. Will you be posting a "how to" on tearing down a 125? I sure would like to see one, complete with photohraphs.
Well It is here, One hatsan 125 sniper .22 only problem is it came in black not the camo I was promised. it was also supposed to be at the same price as the black sniper. Joao of American arms wanted me to keep this and shoot it until he gets a camo sniper in he said he ship it to me and have this one shipped back, I told him I will keep this, no sense him loosing more money by getting back a used rifle down the road.
Mike, can't wait to hear how it performs for you! Would love to know the fps and how quiet it is. i wouldn't fret about the camo. You could always get it dipped and would probably last longer than what Hatsan puts on it.
Well It is here, One hatsan 125 sniper .22only problem is it came in black not the camo I was promised. it was also supposed to be at the same price as the black sniper. Am I disappointed?? Not really I kind of expected it after reading Paul's review, hey at least it was not the thumb hole stock ( not that there's anything wrong with that, just not what i am wanting right now. Back to the sniper 125/.22 in black. dude's and super cool old timers listen up, this sniper 125 in plain old English is bad @@@ awesome looking, better then the pictures.. doesn't even feel heavy to me at all. I called Joao and spoke with him, by now we all know hatsan arms really made a mess of his order, I hope that changes in the future for him or hatsan will be loosing a vendor. Joao of American arms wanted me to keep this and shoot it until he gets a camo sniper in he said he ship it to me and have this one shipped back, I told him I will keep this, no sense him loosing more money by getting back a used rifle down the road. I like to go with the flow if its understandable life's to short my friends not to do other wise. Back to the 125 sniper .22 in black, has a patches oil here and there, yes its over done for protection, the muzzle brake, sound moderator looks totally awesome, its big too 8'' long the bluing looks ok, not a RWS I took it out in the sun, with my eyes it looks like thin black painted barrel , but so did the mod 95. , "no complaint from me mind you! I will tear this down right after i shoot a couple times. well my impressions is I love it!!! get one any one but get one! You wont know what your missing until you do! Oh'' wait, i herd you asking about the plastic stock?... its awesome , looks nice and rugged like it cant wait to be dragged thru the Forrest and put thru its paces I just took it to my control room , cocking force felt good, not as strong as i was expecting, barrel was stiff but not over tighten, lock up felt very good, breech area has a glob of thick red lubricant, yes I wiped it off completely. The 1st shot sounded great !!! oh'' yeah this baby has some power that's for sure,he'' he'' went right thru my controlled area shooting board, two doors and a wood panel of ply wood lol, and right where i aimed, with open sites out of the box.Folks'' there's no doubt theses have been set up from the factory to keep from any harm encase they had to sit 10 years lol, I can tell they have been lubed for protection and meant to be cleaned up before use, that's all '' and that makes sense to me, all you crying baby's out there complaining about dripping oil ""well boulder dash"".. kernel potter says boulder dash not move it solider, and while your at it put a smile on your face. We are here to enjoy each others post and sharing , I am a master plumber mostly commercial and industrial / stopped working for several yrs now so i can physically regroup and go back to light weight residential plumbing and heating. The point is its nice to be on GTA and feel like a kid again, thanks to Gene and Bobs awesome website.

First of all, some of us "crying babies" out here expect better and are not so blinded by sales hype that we are willing to throw honest objectivity to the wind when we purchase an air gun. It is quite clear you are glad handling the reality of what you've recieved in your quick dismissal of the oil bath and the poor finish. While it's great you like your gun, there is no need to insult others well thought and spoken evaluations, nor is it necessary to attempt damage control of the Hatsan's clear shortcomings that are clear and evident to others. Just enjoy it, be straight, and don't insult others intelligence or opinions.
If I wanted to Attack Dave, it would of been a direct Attack, there would of been no light hearten play at all, no Sherman Potter, no sharing about me being a plumber and going with the flow.
congrates, im happy I went with the black, its really sharp looking. Cant put it down

But then, of course, I would have to take a "crack" at Plumbers ( LOL !) like this . . . Or, worse yet, post something to make Mike want to spend $$$ . . . LOL !Dave
