May 5 NTAGM shoot in Aledo

I spoke to Ron (WhittTX) yesterday, and he confirms that our next North Texas Airgun Militia event will be held at his place in Aledo (just west of Ft Worth) on Saturday, May 5. I'm sure he will post more details. Ron is a great host, and he said he expects a big turnout this time - several of the group are going to venture to the Malvern airgun show, and it's likely some of our members will bring back prizes to show off.

Also, there are some plans in the works for a demonstration of field target shooting. There has been quite a bit of interest, and some serious discussion about finding an appropriate site and setting up regular competition in the DFW area. Tom Gaylord (BB Pelletier, who lives in the FW area) has offered his help in organizing and promoting. David Enoch and others are working on this.

Just to confirm we are on for May 5.  Looks to be about 30 this time and we will have a FT setup which is new to the venue.  If you have an interest send me an email and I will try to answer any questions.

A good time was had by all! Aledo was our spring muster site.

We had a guest, Ron, from the Yegua Club, who set up some field targets and gave us some idea of the shooting.

We had great weather, a great range, and the muster was a big success. Roald, Dano, the Enoch brothers, and some of our founding leaders were back for a lot of good shooting. Thanks to Ron for being such a great host again. It was pure fun.
