They keep moving in

The first one is a male that was poking around , I first saw him at about 50 yards and watched as he foraged in and around some trees then he stopped at about 35 yards and I had the Disco loaded with a Kodiak and had the back of his head in the center but I moved a little or he did and it hit just below his neck and it took 'em right down. The second must be his girlfriend , I saw her around the same area (later in the day )but couldn't get a good shot from the window rest so I thought I would try going out and see if I could get a good shot. By now she was at about 25 yards and I couldn't get anything to balance against so I took the offhand shot ( again the Disco/Kodiak combo) The Kodiak entered the right chest and out the left chest , she flipped over and was gone.

Super shooting and pic's brother.

I did some hunting this morning and spotted five but they wouldn't cross the creek from another resident's land to my hunting local.

Dang guys, my squirrel envey is starting again, I thought I was over it but with all the new posts it's back strong as ever. I may have to plan a vacation around squirrel hunting, very soon.

Overlooking the fact that they are dead, those are some healthy looking nutters there.

GREAT shooting good sir!!!!! those loook quite fat, and ready for cooking!!!!

i appeased the neighbors tonight by giving him 5 nutters from the ole freezer... he has them thawing for a gumbo tomorrow night he claims. i grilled up 3 tonight... 2 for me, and one for my loyal hunting companion... when i cook nutters, i always make sure to give him his share, and tonight he got a whole one... i do that with all wild game. my dog is my friend, and main hunting companion, he shares in the spoils.
