Cometa cocking and safety problem

Hi all
my cometa 400 fenix dont want cock ... And when i can cocking gun the safety dont work , safety is actioned in the rear but i can shot with the rifle
Thx if you have an idea or solution

You may have tried this. Did you pull the trigger again after shooting or before cocking? I have to pull the trigger a second time, every time, after shooting in order for it to cock. I sent it in to dealer to be fixed but was returned still having to pull a second time. I am just living with it.

If the saftey is not working it may not be put together properly. When the trigger assembly is put back in the receiver there is a small linkage on the top left that must be sticking up and into the slot of the safety. If it is pushed down and out of place the safety won't work or be pushed out when cocked. It can also possibly cause it to bind and not cock every time, but I can't confirm that. I did have the sear to not lock good on mine and it slammed shut just as I loosened my grip on the barrel.
