If you have a problem that you can not fix  yourself then do as they tell you return it so they can fix or replace it. whats wrong with that. even if you had a low fps and you  don't know how to tune it yourself send it back, tel them to fix it or replace one that gives you the stated fps in the 14.3 lead pellet i get 806  with 14.3 grain lead pellets  tell them other mebers get that and you want that as well.


make sure your shipping box is not over sized shipping should be no more then 18.00/ 20.00 maxed ups
 Every air rifle   you buy is going to need TLC that's why we who can tune them and change  the seals. that's the industry of air  guns.
now Hatsan obviously has better ideal in there design better trigger, better stock mount design, better fps better accurecy I mean come on.. don't toss the flag in , far as i am concerned your already a winner for buying Hatasn in the first place.

Thats all true enough Mike and I agree, that's actually how Gamo's where handled for years, big bang for the buck but no support parts.  That said, I don't want a air gun that's basically unsupported in parts.   In my case if I had sent in my air rifle (at my additional expense) with the seal killing chip in the compression chamber would the tech have simply test fired it and come back saying the chrony numbers are in parameters and heres your rifle back?

I don't care about getting the warrenty service, chances are I would not get it lubed and debured as that's not what they do.   All I want is access to the parts of a still in production gun.  There is a reason I buy Crosman but not Gamo, and this is the fundamental one.   

To me its a bit strange to sell a projectile expelling product and then claim due to liability we are not going to sell you so much as a breach seal.  But then again not much makes sense after you listen to a Lawyer.

Getting ready to tune my Hatsan 95 and really wanted to keep it simple and use stock parts so I would not have to re-size the piston to accept a JM seal. 
I sent Hatsan an email asking about replacement seal for breech and piston and got the following response. 

Thank you for your interest in Hatsan airgun products. In order to protectyour warranty Hatsan USA does dnt ship parts to individuals. If your Model95 requires service it may be returned to: Hatsan USA1300 Melissa Drive # 124Bentonville, AR 72712

Do any of you folks have a source for these parts?

I sent you a      p m    I have my mod 95 seal  you can have it if  yours is bad

Because of Walmart, Bentonville has also become and import/export hub as well as a transportation hub.

IT is  strange when you think about that, yeah the legal mumbo jumbo.
the video you took was awesome. If it was my rifle i make a straight forward note and ship it back.

 clearly stating what your issue is and if they replace your rifle you want it taken apart and thoroughly checked so  it does not  have  the same issue and that the seal has no metal pieces in it . its worth  doing  it one time, and see what you get then if its good your golden if not  then most likely you at least have a different gun with a better receiver  that just needs a seal and a tune lol

The Model 95 .22 cal velocities asre rated in the factory with a 13.93 grain match pellet.

Anyone know where I can get a 13.93 gr match pellet in .22?

Hmm . . . According to the chart on this website, BISLEY & BSA come very close, BUT where to get them ?  There are some others listed . . .

PC "repair" guy buys power supplies and "fixes" computers for a public school. He is an after-hours amateur but...Dell sells him power supplies anyway.

One of the computers melts down (literally) and starts a $65k (damage) fire. Lawyers can't get blood from the repair/hacker turnip so... they sue Dell directly for not controlling the delivery of parts to "unauthorized" repair centers. Case still pending but... anyone can sue anyone else for anything until a competent judge throws it out as groundless or frivolous and that usually takes awhile and always takes $$$. Easiest method (Hatsan?) is to not sell parts, especially for foreign entities like Hatsan who would have a hard time explaining to Turkey HQ about our silly tort system and consumer actions, ad nauseum. Hatsan is in the U.S. by just a thin margin of support from HQ as it is, this stuff doesn't play well in countries who don't have our system of consumer "justice".

WoW, Hatsan can forget me buying one of their branded guns.  I've not seen a problem with Gamo. I looked up a Stock for my shadow 1000. $27.00 and it's in stock in the US.

With forums like these anyone doing a search on the internet will learn exactly what kind of customer service they can expect from airgun manufactures. Bad news travels even faster now.

No I won't pay shipping, and labor to have my 150.00 airgun repaired.

I'm in the same boat as I have my .177 95 apart and it has a manufacturing defect on the face of compression chamber that will ruin any replacement seal.  Depending on Hatsans response my options are to attempt to knock the chip loose or use it for a parts gun.

A short video shows the chip at the end of the dragged gouged face surface.  It may very well be easy to knock loose but I am hesitant to try with no knowledge of the availability of a replacement, 12" deep bore isn't easy to fix.

If anything this makes Crosman's policy of customer support parts all the more impressive.

the video was great, it almost looks like the bigger piece in the tube is part of a lead pellet and would probably break off clean  the other smaller almost over cast metal looks  like you could flatten it back down flat

Well, if you have a 125, you can always order the parts for a WTM through Umarex.  I wouldn't get another model other than that from Hatsan untill when (if?) ARH starts putting out stuff for them.  Seems like they make a great product, shouldn't be long before we start seeing after-market springs and seals for them

I had been looking at the Hatsan's .... but this is a show stopper for me.  Kinda like buying a Chevy and having them tell you that you can only bring it to them to repair it - we won't sell you any parts!

After reading this, the Hatsan Mod. 95 is not in my future. Since yours truly does a breakdown and tune, the no parts available is a deal breaker for me. I tend to look at a warranty as shredder fodder just from my experience with a lot of Companies.IMHO..Peashooterjoe

I like a good conspiracy theory as much as the next guy but that one has me laughing.  In the scheme of things airguns are to Walmart gross sales as salt packets are to McDonalds.  Still if Hatsans suddenly get rebranded Rachel Ray or Martha Stuart I'll admit I'm wrong.  One thing I do agree though, Chinese imports are going to go up, not down in price.
