Nice final touch in my opinion. Nicely done!
I envy you for having eyesight good enough to be able to use open sights. In my younger days I preferred open sights for out to 50 yards. Now I have to use a Red Dot for close range and at least a 4 power scope that is adjustable in order to see it with my eye sight.
