Good metal targets for 900+ FPS rifle?

I recently bought a Remington Vantage 1200 that I'm very happy with. Especially, now that I've replaced the trigger. I want to pick up a plinker target to stick in the back yard, because shooting paper gets old pretty quickly. Looking around, I see plenty for both .22 rimfires and airsoft guns, but nothing for what I have. I'm wondering if my Vantage will be strong enough for knocking down and resetting the rimfire targets or too strong for the airsoft targets. What do you guys use?

Gamo resetting squirrel targets are fun! I have one of those and a 22 rim fire hanging chicken that are fun. The beeman trap with 4 steel target will break. The base will come off the targets and the trap will split in the back. I still shoot the steel targets in my home made trap. I took a small ammo can drilled holes in the ends and ran a coat hanger through it to hang tee spoons and steel targets. I also drilled 10 holes to put golf tees in to stand paint balls on them. I used a old flak jacket insert in the back of the ammo can to stop the pellets. It works great. But if you want to buy a cool target thats fun the gamo resetting squirrel is cool.

Anything 1/4th thick and above. Ive hit targets like this with my Marauder at 20 yards just knocks them over with a nice satisfying "ding".

One more vote for the squirrel. I have four of them. Simple design, and easy to replace or modify parts. For example, when the chain eventually breaks due to repeated hits, replace it with light steel cable and a fishing type swivel so the line will not kink when you wind it up. Also, keep a cheap can of bright orange or white spray paint to touch up the tongue when it gets grayed out.

Thanks guys.
While I've been getting responses to this thread, I've been working on something to hold clay pigeons as targets. I almost have it finished. I'll post photos this afternoon when I get home from work. I think it'll be pretty cool.

I say make your own...This is what I use: PVC pipes (without the cement, so I cant take them apart) and hang spoons or whatever I can find

I have this one, and it works quite well for me, and it also allows me to really see how well I can do, with the quarter sized targets and the dime sized for really seeing.
You have four targets to hit, which each stay up if properly struck.
You then reset them to drop back downward by hitting the center square.
https://www.pyramydair.com/product/gamo-rocker-pellet-trap-resets-with-center-shot?a=312
One thing I had a problem with on mine was with the plastic tubing they used to separate the target spinners from each other breaking from pellet splatter.
I finally solved this by buying some brass tubing, then disassembling the target (ordinary #1 phillips screwdriver) and replacing all the broken plastic tubing, ensuring proper length and using a simple tubing cutter.
Once that was done, I have shot the daylights out of it, and it's a lot of fun.
