One suggestion I would have to ask for would be a tracker so that we can click a link and see all the forum posts that are new since our last visit. Something sort of like this.

It simply shows all the new posts across the entire forum, provides a date/time of last reply, etc.

Under your name and stats, upper left, there's a link "Show unread posts since last visit."

What does Karma mean?

Technically the higher the karma the more notable a commenter is. Meaning that if someone has high Karma they are well versed and know what they are talking about. It's also a great way to basically "Thank" a user for their generosity or donations to the board or community as a whole.
