Well I started the TS-45 this weekend and this is the last one I'll do without a palm sander
my hands and elbows really hurt bad today.
Now what stain if any open to idea's?
What I started with. (still have 2 more to do
)
And this is what I ended up with after 6 hours of sanding by hand.

minwax gun stock stain is pretty nice, i did do the process correctly.. didnt read the ldirections about rubbing the stain in and wipping off the excess.. i kind of painteded it with the stain, 30 minutes after letting the stain sit for the first coat i read the directions and did it properly after that..

Weather and funds not cooperating have funds now but weathers in the bucket will try to get it done as soon as it clears up.

Finished the stock here's a pic now need to make a clamp so I can clean it up inside and it's done. With it's new owner my nephew in law Jon. And no he didn't get his thumb caught in it got it busted up good by the airbag in the crash last week. Note the safety pin no safety or beartrap on these.

That looks pretty good. I just got three more...can't wait to start on them. They're made of some cheap wood but it distresses so pretty.
