bb targets?

From my post on silhouettes I was reminded that bb's BOUNCE, hence metal silhouettes are NOT a good target for them. What is a good knock over type target for bb's that is relatively "safe"? (I KNOW nothing is 100%) I was thinking empty soda cans, they seem to be made out of very cheap metal that penetrates easily, so a bb should go through it rather than bounce back off it.
What do you guys use for bb targets?

Right on, and soda cans react good also.
Lightweight wood, like pine works good too.
Fruit that has gone bad will work.
God bless,

Alum pop and beer cans are great, a dozen eggs are always fun as long as you don't mess up the house or backyard (egg never comes off after drying)
Cardboard silhouettes are cool, cut out the shapes you want and tape them to small blocks of wood or, use cut pieces of coat hanger to stick into cardboard and then into ground.

Lolli pops, paint balls, plastic army men or other figures, foam practice golf balls stuck on small tree limbs or on pieces of wire sticking out of the ground, use your imagination the possibilities are endless.

"a dozen eggs are always fun"
Lol, lets just say the property owner where we are going shooting can get particularly unpleasant when she's upset, and smashed eggs would def get her upset.
Army men sound good, if we can manage to hit any with bb pistols. I was surprised to see a few years back they still make those, not a lot of the old school toys are still around.
The company I work for has promo rubber ducks, I think a few of those are going to be sacrificed for the cause.
Can't wait for my gun to arrive and the weather to warm up a little.

Nothing special, a Daisy powerline 201. I wanted to get something cheap that shoots bb's. I have a Gamo Compact which shoots pellets only. The Daisy supposedly shoots pellets too, although I read a review where someone threw his out because a pellet got stuck in the barrel. Is it REALLY that hard to clear a stuck pellet out of a smoothbore gun? I would think a coat hanger would work to push that out.
My friend who I'm going to be shooting with bought the Umarex Smith & Wesson M&P.
Once you start it's hard to stop, I've been thinking about getting the Umarex Makarov CO2 BB Pistol.

Ok but... that Daisy 201 has (maybe) a 2.75" long barrel in that unit that pops up in front, you might be more accurate throwing BBs than that 201 will be.
The S&W M&Ps come in both revolver and semi-auto styles, I'd go there before a Makarov or, even get a Crosman C41

Poker chips are cheap targets. Paint balls and the small balloons are fun and cheap, i also keep the lids off my wifes frappichiono drinks they are about the same size as poker chips but are cheaper. Can ya tell i like cheap targets. Lol
