HATSAN 125 vs HATSAN 135 - Are they the SAME or NOT ???

HATSAN 125 vs HATSAN 135

I have read many different comments on the internet about these two rifles and have some questions.

Some say they are the same rifle but that the 135 just has a wooden stock, while others say that they are not the same and that the 135 has a larger diameter piston tube and a greater "Swept Volume" . . . Yet, the advertised performance specs are identical.

How can this be ?

If the volume is greater on a 135, shouldn't it produce more velocity ?

It would only produce more velocity with a heavier spring wire.
The greater the volume of air to compress, the greater the power of the spring you need or it will go the other way and reduce power.

So, if one were doing a "non-stock" Gas Ram conversion ( higher pressure than factory units ), the larger Swept Volume of the 135 should yield higher performance over a 125 with the same conversion . . . right?

All things considered yes!
But one must consider what the machine can handle safely with out failure or injury.

Very true . . . I was thinking that a "180 bar" Hatsan 135 just might be "very interesting" !

Does anyone have 135's in stock ?
