Not to pee on anybody's parade, but I thought the X as in 10X was only counted if dot is taken out and only once-am I confused or if  I shoot PERFECT is that a 150 15X? and how can you tell if your shooting that close?

I took a quick glimpse at the target sheets and it seems quite a few shooters did not add "X"s to their scores.  And a few that had a "X" but the shot was just in the 10 ring.   As long as a shot touches the center dot it`s considered a "X".  So yes....it`s possible to get a score of 150 15X.

I got this off the HOW TO SCORE YOUR TARGET post.

"Now for an "X", The pellet must be totally inside the "10 ring", it cannot touch the "10 ring" in any way."

I think this scoring rule was based on a previous target that did not have an X-ring / inner 10 ring.

This would be changing the scoring rule, but...
IMHO, IF a target has an X-ring, the X score should be scored like any other ring.  You get an X if you touch the X ring. 
This is the standard method of scoring the Xs.

If the target does NOT have an X ring / inner 10 ring, like the AR steroid target, then the "completely inside the 10 ring" makes sense.

As to 1 or 3 Xs per bull, I do not remember that.  But I do remember that at one point, some of the rules were lost, and g2h had to go back and put the rules back.  Maybe the X rule was one that got lost and needs to be put back.

If you are shooting TIGHT groups, the only way to score is to shoot less shots at each bull, until you can score each shot.  In competition matches on paper targets that I shot in, the rule was ONE shot per target.  That way, the hole is clear and easier to score.  Because copy paper does not cut nice clean holes, we are forced to shoot less shots per target because of the tearing of the target paper.
Example1, on the 10m Target Pistol match. It is 10 shots on the one target.  If you shoot TIGHT groups, you may have to shoot 5 shots at each of 2 targets or even down to 2 shots at each of 5 targets, so that you can score each shot.
Example2, for the 10m open AR, I shoot 2 shots at each of 10 bulls.  This is so I can score each shot.  I tried 4 shots at 5 bulls, but the paper was so damaged by tearing that it was difficult to properly score the targets.

Yes, what ac12 typed.  If a competitor can achieve such tight groups....he/she will need to shoot only 1 shot per bull.  Or start shooting one-handed....even then I think there might be some shooters that can knock out the center dot.

I might have claimed more X's then I should have. This is my first On-Line Match and I'm not that familiar with
the correct scoreing Rules. I'll have to be more carefull next match. Really won't mater I'll be shooting One-Hand so I doubt if there will be many close calls in the X.
