2250B building from spare parts

Here is the start of a new build the barrels in the pic are 24" long one is .177 and the other is a .22 also two choices on the valve both are from BA a boss valve and a bulk fill set up.I ordered two 2250B tubes.

I had recently took inventory of all the take off parts in bins and had enough to build a 2250B except for a tube and cap.
All bone stock parts.  I like it because it seems like it was a free gun...except for the air tube and cap of course.
I guess a very cheap gun.

Yeah i think im going with the Boss and use the bulk fill set up on my 2260.

Will the boss valve hold up to the pcp ? i need a gauge also.

That's why I would go with the Disco (Mod'd) Valve and the Gauge Port etc etc.....
It just depends on what you want in the end...i.e.Carbine...?

I just emailed. Rookedbarn and bryan to ask if they knew weather their valves would reliable hold up to the 3000 psi.

DJ,...... Remember, Disco tubes are at 2000PSI... Unless you are using a DC - SS I wouldn't push it.
Although...the 2260 is probably good to 6000... You didn't hear that from me.

Good point Walt i keep forgetting to put in here i have a hipac pcp conversion the feeds straight to the valve and is designed to go up too 3000 psi. The end of the hipac is shaped like a co2 cartrige so it just screws into the gun where the cap screws onto the gun and delivers the air right to the valve, no pressure on the tube. I just have to figure out if the boss valve can handle that high of pressure.

If your running a bulk fill the relys on the tube of the gun to store air don not over fill it! A 65 psi tire popping can pop your lungs, imagine 2k+ next to your head. Be careful all and dont go over the suggested pressure ratings!

As soon as i get an answer on weather the valves can handle the pressure ill post it here!

Max-Flow Valve: The Max-Flow valve face seals the tube allowing Bulk-Filling.

The tapered passage directs the increased CO2 capacity directly to the Boss valve.
A standard valve below for comparison. For 2240, 2250B, 2260, 1760, 2300, 2400

Nice rig Vet      I think i will stick with the Boss valve this was i can change back to a 12g cart. I think i might Gun kote the tube and frame and or the breech, the wheels are still turning.I want this build to be like no other.Anyone no where to get a full wood stock for the 2250s ?

You could probally use a 2260 and shorten the end a little (just slightly).
I will have one available very soon. Let me know.

Mike, With the 2250 tube, to go a wood full rifle stock, you would have to change the trigger group to a 2260 or Disco Assy. Just FYI

Oops my bad lol i just need the rear stock like the 1399 stock but solid wood no hole. I just might try to make one myself.
