Marauder valve assembly
«

I am trying to replace the valve stem (2G) because of a leak (bubbles out of barrel when soapy water is applied to muzzle). I have the breech off, trigger assy off, and all three #25 screws off and the darn valve assy still wont budge. Anyone know which way the valve comes out? Do I need to rap it with a hammer to get it out?

you need a peace of pvc pipe that is big enough to not hit the valve pin but is small enough to slide into the airtube.. after that just tap it out the front of the tube.. the gauge port will come out to as the valve pushes against it..
i just did this to strip my disco down, the hardest part is going to be putting the valve back in place in the proper alignment to get the screws to go into the valve that hold it in place..

You have to remove the gauge and gauge adapter from the gauge mounting block (if you haven't already).... Then they both go out the front as the previous poster stated....
Check for burrs on the inside of all the holes in the tube and deburr before reassembly.... or you will likely shred the O-rings if they weren't already destroyed taking the valve and gauge port out....

remember safety 3rd (rocket city rednecks)
make sure to ALWAYS ALWAYS CHECK THAT THE RIFLE IS DEGASSED before cracking it open.. i have first hand experience with what happens when you undo the fill adapter while the airtube is under 1800-1900 psi about a foot from ur face..
