I have been shooting the .22 caliber 14.66gr. H&N Field Target Trophy pellets with pretty good grouping. I ordered some crosman premier 14.3gr. domes AND hollow points, just to try them........can't keep a close group. Two in a row will group low, then two high, then another low, then one high.....that sort of thing. Then I reload with the H&N FTT and the group tightens right up!
I wish crosman made a pellet that shot that good in their own rifle!
I am going to try RWS domes to see if they are good in my rifle, but for now, I do have a new tin of the H&N FTT 14.66gr. to shoot.

My Titan and 2400 kt both seem to love the 5.54 head h&n ftt. My Titan also likes the superdomes and h-points. What gun are you shooting?

Try the Crosman Premier Pointed.  My NPSS likes those and the Beeman Field Target Specials the best.

I have the exact same experience with two of my .22 springers. I'm about to re-order a half-dozen tins of the H&N FTT.

Bradyman1, I am shooting the Trail NP Hardwood in .22cal. with the GTX gen.II aftermarket trigger.
NPetey, Yep the H&N FTT are more expensive, but so far they group the best.
Too bad I just got 2000 of the CPremiers!:(

best investment i made with airguns (besides going to the dark side) i decided one time to not order parts or a new gun but instead ordered 5 different pellets and found rws superhpoints and superdomes on cl local to me..

stock up on pellets whenever you can

Im not suprised,  Crosman Pellets are to be used only when breaking in a new gun.  Their cheap and good for seasoning the barrel.  After the break in period, go get your self real pellets, like H&N for your springer and JSB for your PCP.

I've had great results with the CPHP's in almost every gun I own. The FWB shoots much better with them over the RWS, as does my old Win 435.

it all boils down to what your gun likes.   i have a few that love cphp and a couple that don't.
can't always have a cheap date. gonna have to splurge sometimes to get'er to do her thing.
