Junkyspace, I just did a 60 shot chrony string with mine and here are the results. I didn't have the curve you do but these guns are really consistent even without the regulator. I started at 220 bar and ended at 160 bar. Tell me what you think.

Do you have the regulator keith?  Yours is nice and flat.

I'm fine with mine varying a bit -- 50-60 shots is just amazing.  I noticed when I started out, I was hitting in the mid-800's at full pressure.  I was also aiming it a little high, which could have accounted for it.

Starting at 200 bar, once I got to about shot 55, I got one shot that was audibly and visibly low.  It registered around 660 fps.  Next two shots was 830-840.  Thats when I stopped and pushed the string back to 52.

It's amazing how the valves in these guns keep such a low deviation, fluctuating around 900ish.

No mine is not regulated. I was planning on increasing the FPS a bit but after this string I think I will leave it alone. I wanted it to be consistent at around 910 fps for 40 shots but these results are ok I think. But some of the other owners can probably tell us something different.  

BTW...each string only changed by 10 bar.

Cool.  Yeah I was just shooting stock settings -- I didn't even clean the barrel yet (I know I know... I was too excited).

I'm gonna clean it tonight and then start shooting at a gun range tomorrow.  I wanna see how it stacks up to my brother in law's powder burner at 50 yards
