Question about tuning M-Rod

the .25 barrels were green mtn. i believe. the .177 and .25 have really good reports for accuracy. the .22 were hit and miss.

it will take some time but not rocket science. if any of you marauder guys are paranoid or just don't want to do it. i would be more than glad to chrony and tune your mrods for power/shot count, setup trigger, grease it,  etc. for really cheap. i will provide some real time video and chrony strings.  pm me if interested.

i will remember that and hit you up when i get a 25mrod.. even more tempting to want one since out of the box they are tuned to 2500psi i think... pumping the disco to 2400 was not a problem.

most are capable with a chronograph. but some just don't want to. time consuming but easy enough. let me know if i can help. be glad too.

.25  Mrods are tuned for 3K fills Mike. It's the .177 & .22's that are 2.5K tuned.

my next pcp will be a 25. unless i find an amazingly good deal on a 22 mrod and buy a lw barrel for it.. but even then already have a 22 disco, might as well go 25..

To me it seems a .25 would be a great choice for a hunting PCP rifle. If the guns got enough juice to fling a larger and heavier projectile, it only makes sense...
