Fast rifle ID.

Was over a a buddy’s house a couple of months back, and he had a Daisy rifle in his closet.
Didn’t get a real good look at it, but had a black stock with silver side plates and black front end.
He said he never used it, and if I wanted it, he’d give it ti me.
I know nothing about Daisy BB guns.
He said he thought it was a Model 25, but wasn’t sure.
I’ve searched and couldn’t find anything that looked similar…
Want to know how much cash to have next time I see him, but I don’t know if it’s a Chinese one or older!
He’s a buddy so…
Any idea on how to id what to ask?

All the ones I’ve seen and researched had wood colored stock, and black or gold etching..
This one was all black, Inc pump handle but the  was more silver… with black scrolling and birds, etc?
Also the pump handle had more ribs than anything I’ve seen online…

  Many years of Daisy to cover, I was thinking special edition, but do not see any as described. I have Blue Book of Airguns here.

Hi and thanks.
I have several blue books but don’t know Daisy at all.
I found after I posted that there are lots of them with the 12 rib pump handle.
I asked him where it was made last night, he said it’s got a yellow sticker on the stock that says Roger’s, As, so do I assume it’s US made from that?

It’s def silver and black with printed scrolling.

A Daisy model 25 is a spring powered bb rifle slide action. Pumps like a pump shot gun. Used on ebay $50-$70. New at pyramd Air or Daisy $44 and Amazon $67. Google is you freind. I looked up that in 5 minutes.

Of course I looked it up…
Found so much info it got confusing… not because I’m incapable, because none of the info matched the Model 25 he has!
Thought I’d ask here, where there should be real knowledge….
