I had made an SSP pistol, I had made three different valves for it. The difference in the valves was the size of the porting, valve throat and transfer port. The volume of air in an SSP pistol is so miniscule that I thought the differences in porting size would show up over the crony. But no difference in velocity. One valve had a transfer port of .1, another a transfer port of .125, do think that just wasn't enough of a difference to show a change in velocity?

That's an interesting question. I hope someone with a good grasp of the issue can chime in on it.
What kind of velocity are you getting? What about Standard deviation?

I'm a peaceful man and prefer the pursuit of peaceful sports. Those involving teams and balls of any sort tend to be deleterious to one's body and promote violence by both spectators and participants. The shooting sports, however, tend to promote self control and are peaceably participated in by those who know that their greatest challenge is their need to continually hone their own abilities.

The velocity is about 430 fps. + or - 2-3 fps. With old boxed 7.9 premiers.
