Bladder Biopsy Update

I think I mentioned it back in February.
It was done earlier this month.
The doctor did more than a biopsy of the affected area.
He removed all of it.
His findings I will include at the end of this posting.
The official findings from pathology was “No Value) what ever that means.
Maybe the experienced here on the forum can explain to me what this means:

Frank, so sorry to hear this. I’m not sure how you can still function given that procedure. A relative was diagnosed with cancer and started chemo, the doctor removed her colon to check for cancer. No cancer was found so they waited for her to heal up, then after 3 MONTHS they put it back in. I don’t know if that is your future. 
I wish you well my friend. 
I have always enjoyed your posts.

I’ve had some issues to deal with in the past three years as well. I will try to survive.

I must have misunderstood your post. I thought that the doctor removed your bladder completely. Now I think that the doctor removed all of the problem area and patched you up. Now I’m happy to know that you’re okay, very happy.

I must have misunderstood your post. I thought that the doctor removed your bladder completely. Now I think that the doctor removed all of the problem area and patched you up. Now I’m happy to know that you’re okay, very happy.

Sorry Hunter,
You are correct. I am sorry for that. The item was only .1mm x .1mm x .7mm and the doctor just removed all of it.
He said, “you are cured”.

I'm glad it was benign 🎊. Niebor was diagnosed with bladder cancer. They cured him of the cancer but almost killed him. He's only a few points away from needing dialysis.

In 2017 just after Christmas I had a bladder resection for bladder cancer that covered over 85% of my bladder lining and injectable chemo. In May of 2018 I had a second resection done for the return of approximately 15% of the cancer. Since then I have had numerous small spots burned off in the office. I undergo yearly checks every October to monitor my health. Keep your checkup appointments and GOOD LUCK!

Soon to be 80 and it has been a real trip.
My doctor is retiring in August.
Hopefully I get a good replacement.

 My wife's has now come back a third time.
They are trying some pills on her this time that make her feel sick and tired.

No. I did 2 keytruda infusions and had to stop. I got so sick my wife who is a retired nurse thought I was dieing. I shouldn't have even started it as no cancer showed up besides the 2 lymph nodes and that was cut out when they removed the melanoma from my left arm. My petscan I had in January didn't show anything either. The keytruda made my immune system attack my liver and kidneys so to counter that I had to take Prednisone for 6 weeks to tell my immune system down boy!

Oh yeah. That was back last year. Only thing I haven't been happy about is seeing the vampires every week but at least it's every other week now. One positive thing did come out of it, I'm no longer afraid of needles anymore.😐

Robert, me neither, but Uncle Sam took care of that. We would walk in line with four corpsmen on each side with pneumatic air gun needles and they would shoot us in both arms, lol. No one ever told us what the shots were for, but hey, we were furthering medical science I guess.
