Today’s video on “Gamo Shadow Tactical .22 - Bipod VS. Artillery Hold? Which Shooting Technique is more accurate?” We would like to thank all our AirgunWeb and Gateway to Airguns sponsors and supporters, especially Gamo USA, for helping us create this content to help you all get the MOST out of your Airgun!
On our last video with the Gamo Shadow, my airgun with a kickstand, folks mentioned that I should shoot using the artillery hold. That artillery hold is certainly my go-to technique, having learned it when I started in the sport. But the Gamo Shadow Tactical surprised me with its ability to shoot off the bundled bipod legs, so that’s how I shot it. But is the artillery hold a better way to go? That’s what we’ll find out today. Let’s get started!
Man, it’s a great time to be an Airgunner!

There is also technique for shooting off of bipods, consistency matters still. My Barra Sniper is super accurate with the included bipod. but if loaded forward, neutral or rearward can vary the results.

I can be just as accurate on bipod or bag. the key for me is to let the gun do what the gun wants to do.
YMMV
