Benjamin 392P serial number help please

I just picked up this 392P in like new condition and need assistance in determining where and when manufactured.   Have spent numerous hours browsing through threads on the web and on here and got stuck.  Any input from anyone on here would be greatly appreciated. The Pawn Shop did not offer up any additional information.   Pics of receiver markings attached.

Gun appears unused on the surface and so far have just cocked the bolt (breach seal was squeaky and tight); gave three pumps (good response); dry fired (sharp muzzle crack).   Ran a patch through the barrel (about as dirty as a current factory Crossman barrel).  Plan on test firing this morning.

Gun was missing RS elevation screw but I took care of that with screw from my miscellaneous.

I've narrowed it it down based on members data furnished to 1993, Racine, WI.     I'm happy with it.   Shoots way more accurate than my 70 year old eyes.
