UTG TL-BP01-B Recon 360 TL Bipod 7"-9" Questions

 For those of you that use this type bipod, I an considering buying this bipod to use on one of my air guns and my bolt action sporter rimfire, they both will be used from a bench rest exclusively, I am not sure which height to get I am thinking the 7-9" version will work for me but I am not sure. I use a Protektor model rear bag and I plan on using a leg forward setup on the bipod, any advise here appreciated.

Any input on this bipod appreciated as well. Thanks in advance.

 7-9 should work well off a bench, I find more height needed for prone at times.
