A suggestion: You could saw slice off the band from your barrel band, then sand it for a finished look.

The method should work on them cheap Chinese 13xx barrel bands on Ebay too.

Also, Alliance Hobby does sell 13xx plugs in brass(?) and aluminum; he nicknames it as The Floater in case if you haven’t seen that one yet..

I have the Maverick barrel bands on both of my 13xx builds and they are excellent. The last one I bought took a really long time for Maverick to have them back in stock and I ended up getting one from Alchemy while waiting. The Alchemy barrel band does not have a set screw for the barrel. David stated that the inner diameter was machined specifically to eliminate the need for one but mine had some movement. I drilled and tapped it then added the set screw to it. I searched his store on eBay but did not see any listed.

I have to say that Alliance has some very nice 13xx barrel band options! With or without barrel set screws and sight pins, a few color choices, brass, and matching pieces you can buy with them.

yeah, I saw a few from China that were priced very reasonably. Lead time wasn't too bad. That one from Germany with the rail adapter and the threaded end for an LDC looked interesting. Not sure a scope would work that far forward but it is a cool idea.

   Charles Mellon O1 tool steel solid pump pins with bushing donut that takes up the side-to-side slop comes with either C clips or O ring retainers are the best I have found.  You drill to 7/32" through the pump arm not the tube for the bushings.  Makes the pumping smoother with less wear on the tube holes. I really hate split pins and change them out on all my pumpers.

I can also vouch for these. They work great and are a bargain.

I inherited an older 760 PowerMaster (wooden stock and forearm grip) that had so much “slop” at the pump arm pivot point that the pump arm wouldn’t stay up at the end of the pump stroke. Upon disassembly, the problem was evident as there significant wallowing of the linkage arm.  I fabricated a bushing from a section of copper tubing that solved the issue. A brass bushing would have been superior but this gun doesn’t see a lot of action so the fix should be semi permanent. If not I’ll just make another copper one 😉.
