Put a little JB Weld on a dowel and let it set up. Careful not to get none on the inside of the tube. I've drilled a small hole in the tube near the nose of the cart.. now I can stick a pick in and nudge them out. I learn that trick from an SPA gun that came with the access hole from the factory... can't remember what model it was.

Schematic online shows it has a piercing pin to puncture the cartridge.
Have you tried dry firing it a few times with the CO2 cap removed to see if that pin will knock out the cartridge?

Just did this yesterday. First wiggled it sided to side to get it as loose as possible then I crazy glued some 3/8 thread to the end of the cartridge. When set I used a nut and washer so it pulled straight against the tube and the glue held.

Crazy glue a golf tee to the rear. Let set. Pull cartridge out. Works great

If you are sure the cartridge is empty!!!!!!
Drill a small hole in the end of it, screw a flat head screw into the hole.
Wrap a piece of light wire or bailing wire around the head of the screw.
Form a loop on the loose end and give it a jerk, should come right out even if really stuck,
Hope this helps...

I have had luck with a strong magnet after soaking in oil.

Since this was only 5 days ago and I don't see a reply from the OP, let me add a cautionary note.
Just pulling, no matter how you do it, can pull away some or all of the seal material. Therfore, the longer it soaks in oil or the penetrant of your choice, the better your chances are of getting it loose without damaging the seal.
Moreover, adding a drop of pellgun oil, wrapping the tip with teflon plumber's sealing "tape" or both probably dramatically increases your chances of avoiding issues removing your next cartridge.
That will be $.02 please
