The odd occurrence I've heard about a few times lately is an amazon delivery truck and person delivering a non amazon item. It's as if USPS or UPS or Fedex have subcontracted the amazon drivers, who themselves are sometimes not even amazon employees in a W2 sense but contractors on paper I suspect (but don't know, just a guess). I doubt there is a direct link between PA or other small businesses and the amazon drivers.
USPS. RIP. A triumph for neo corporatism.
Around Christmas time, is the only period I've ever seen, plain clothes people delivering Amazon packages from plain vehicles. I guess they subcontract out during the super busy Christmas season.

Yeah, we get the sub contracted plain clothes folks here delivering for Amazon.. in our rural area it's either a husband or his wife. But this deal is something completely different.. like I said, it has a usps tracking number and that poppet was delivered by usps. I just don't see where Amazon fits in.I posed the question to Google and got nothing.
