Good price. Are they DOT approved? If not, are they legal to use in the US?
I've owned the same one for about 5 years, now. No issues. Can't remember how much I paid for mine, but at a little over $300 shipped, it's a great price for a big tank!

I don't understand why people need these air tanks.Maybe if you don't have a compressor and fill at a scuba shop.Or you will spend the next week in the woods. If you want to kill your compressor, just fill a 9L tank 10 times and don't take too many breaks.
Lately I have been using a couple of my tanks for tethering. I can leave a gun tethered and set up at the shooting window for days if I want. Just turn the valve off until I'm ready to shoot some more. In most cases I only have to fill the tanks to 3k so it's not a major strain on a compressor. When the tank gets down to 2k I'll use it for a 2k max fill gun. Even my 30 minute scba tank lasts a long time tethered to a 3k or regulated gun.A tank in the field, although I don't shoot away from home much, is maybe even handier than the 12v compressors that you need to leave the engine on your vehicle running to use.

I am not used to the metric (liter) tank designations so I would like to confirm what I have, because I want to order a couple of boots. I own 2 x 66cu.ft (45 min) tanks, and 1 x 44cu.ft (30 min) tank. I believe what I have equates to: 2 x 6.8L and 1 x 4.7L tanks. Is this correct?
