My wife and I are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary today.... She has made Grouse Pot Pie and Raspberry Creme Brulee for dinner, and we are having a bottle of wine we made in 2020, and some of our own homemade cheese....

A red wine made from our own Valiant Grapes, that I call "Bearly Whine" because it's made from the grapes the bear didn't get.... It is very fruity, made from steam extracted grape juice.... In this case, aged 5 years....

A cheese I invented myself I call "Grana Vecchio", which is basically a Parmesan, but salted before pressing instead of brining after pressing.... It is aged about a year, and tastes similar to a Parmesan, but not quite as hard and dry....

The grouse she used were two lovely Blues (actually Dusky Grouse) that I got last fall.... and the Raspberries in the Creme Brule we grew ourselves....

Yep when you find a good one it certainly is but not so much with a bad one mercy! With all those kids we can certainly tell.
