This back and forth cold, wet, sunny and humid is the stuff that gets folks sick. 2 days ago I broke a sweat in the shop just tinkering with an airgun. Today is sloppy wet and cold... we even have the heat on in the house.

Wow...it is a Really NICE day today, especially for early March in east central Minnesota.
It is sunny and 61°F. There is s 5mph west wind and... NO Wind Chill today.
Unfortunately ...I highly doubt that we have seen the last of Winter just yet.
The long range forecast says we will get rain for sure and or more Snow this weekend.

Felt like spring here with a 55 degree high and just light wind, lots of sunshine. Plus DST's long bright afternoons add to the effect.

It will not last. Before the week ends there is at least one night predicted to dip down to 13 degrees, with snow coming on its heels.

Rained all night. The river will be up. I need to see how the new gangplank for the floating dock fared. If it’s foggy later I want to sit under the gazebo and just watch the river flow.

Suppose to get into the lower 60s today. Yeh! That means all of the snow will melt really fast and the swampy area of the dirt road will be flooded 😡. I have to go renew my DL and see the vampires tomorrow. I'll make it out but my FJ will look like one of those mud boggers trucks.🤬🤬 I will be going out on the freeze so it shouldn't be too bad but coming home......

Predicted 75 this afternoon, highest temp this year so far.
BUT "high wind advisory" is in effect through Saturday with gust up to 50mph tomorrow afternoon.

Yep, it's that time of the year. Severe weather that brings destruction and wrecked nerves. They are predicting a rough ride for this area on Saturday. 83° here now with southerly winds. The last front brought high winds, hail, and lightning. The high winds stayed around for a few days. Not fun doing yard work and dodging flying branches and pine cones.

Kris, does all of FL suffer from so-called lovebugs? I heard they make April a real smearfest.

We get the equally misnamed cedar gnats, mostly in late May and June, but sometimes for longer than that. But they are much smaller bugs (inflicting intensely itchy bites).

We get them here badly...
Not only do they make a mess on the front of our vehicles but they also think our persons are a good place to hang out and do what they do.
