A grey weekend

I took this littlle girl Sunday with a .25 JSB out of the WFH at 16 yards. Pellet broke the front leg, took out a lung, split the spine in half and exited. My son took a grey Saturday with the 2400KT with a H&N FTT 5.54 (.22) at around 15 yards. He also split the spine in half. His tried to crawl away and took a follow up shot to finish it. No pics of his, but here is a few pics of mine.

Nice shot Jason, but its even better hearing that your son also got one. Take him hunting absolutely as often as possible while you still have that opportunity. Time passes quickly brother.

Games played with the ball and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun therefore be your constant companion of your walks." Good shooting to you and your son! They don't go anywhere with that kind of "stopping power"
