How do you ban an eBay seller???

Called out a buyer as a liar ... didn't see any explanation.

The only way I know is remember or write it down.

(Please don't tell me he has good feedback,  I've seen sellers ban buyers that ask questions, and give buyers bad fb as blackmail seeking mutual retraction)

Oops, P.S. if post is inappropriate here consider letting it stand without the seller's ID, I'm hoping there's a way to filter that buyer from searches...

Send a complaint about them to Ebay staff. Is what I had to do with a seller that broke ebay terms listing as US auction then providing China return address after improper listing title and wrong picture of item. They're no longer selling....under that account anyway.
