Blue Streak This Young Lad Wants to Learn More

  My 1971 Blue Streak had the date stamped on the breech 1791A.  The A is for January and the year is 1971 listed in reverse according to JG Airguns. It appears they did dates in several ways over the years.  No Serial# anywhere on mine only the Month and Year.  It looked as if it was stored in a barn and did not pump up when I found it for $35 in a junk shop but cleaned up nice and with Mac1 parts it shoots right at 700fps on 8 pumps with 14.3g Sheridan pellets.  I bought all 6 boxes of those when the local Bass Pro marked them down a few years ago.
