B3/QB57/QB36 Breach seals

I have 3 of these side lever/under lever guns that have similar breach designs. It seems like the seals for these are getting hard to find. I have about 4 left, but I need to source some to have in my parts stock. Where are you finding them? The last batch that I got came from Archer, but they don’t have any more. Some people have claimed that conical faucet washers can be used, but others who have tried that say no.

I've had quite a few B3's and still have 3 - one of which has a faucet washer as a breech seal.  It worked for me quite well and that was years ago and still working.  Did a quick search and I'm quite sure this is the video that I saw.

I thought about that, but I can't find any pictures or specifications for those.
I sent an email inquiry to Shanghai Airguns to see if they could sell me some (kind of a long shot from what I hear about dealing with them. I'm also going to try something with some 1/2" rubber panel plugs. I'll post details if that works.

I tried some faucet washers I got from Lowes but they were destroyed within the first few shots. Check with Mike at Flying Dragon he might know where to get some.

       I knew I had a couple extra but couldn't find them right off.  So today I rummaged through my AG parts and found them.  They don't have a Brand  name on them but have a "0" on the back.  Pretty sure they're Danco.  They are listed as 17/32 x 3/16 Rubber beveled faucet washer (0).  Measuring with a Dial Caliper they are .527 OD and .238 Thick (from bottom to top of bevel).  They fit snug and formed quite well when the cocking arm was closed.  I thought it was one of the guns I kept, but checked today and wasn't one of the 3 I have now.  I gave away 2 to my 2 sons, 1 to my son-in-law and a couple of others to friends and relatives.  We used to get together on week ends and shoot quite a bit.  They were all well used and still working fine, the last that I knew.  Oh, I installed it bottom side (flat) first.

There are different brands and different sizes but this is the only one I tried.  If one of the ones I have ever need a breech seal this is what I would use.  It works fine.

It'll cost ya around $.50 to try one.  You're welcome!

There is always 3D printing.
I have printed up a bunch with TPU filament but haven't had time to test them yet.
They look and fit good but I don't know how durable they are.
There are print files out there free of charge.

I don't know anything about 3D printing or what TPU filament is (other than a type of material), but it seems to be a good option.  Maybe you could find a few members to help test them.  You could possibly sell or provide a printing service for others.

I did see the 3-D printed version, and looked at TPU, which is a polyurethane. With the proper printer setup, it should print out pretty solid. If I had a 3-D printer, I'd try to make some. I'll be glad to test a few for anyone who is printing some.

B3, 46, 99, 87, 97,  57, 78, etc. all the same size.  Peak/Bam TS52, B3-1 AK seem a little bigger.
